Welcome to my world

I'm from the North-West of England and have lived in Barcelona for 27 years. I'm a freelance teacher, copy editor, and proofreader.

My stories are based in and around this beautiful city, real events and places made into fiction. 

My first novel 'The Road to Somorrostro' was inspired by French photographer Jacques Leonard, whose marriage to Rosario Amaya, a gypsy from the slums on Somorrostro beach, allowed him unprecedented access to the closed community.
